GoVacations Promotional Vacation Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use and redemption of promotional vacation packages provided by GoVacationsUSA in collaboration with participating resort and vacation rental sponsors, including but not limited to Westgate Resorts and Exploria Resorts. By purchasing and/or using this promotional vacation package, you agree to comply with the following terms.

2. Booking Process

2.1. Advance Booking

  • Reservations should be requested at least 30 days prior to the desired check-in date.
  • Requests made with less notice may be processed but are subject to availability.

2.2. Reservation Submission

  • Customers must complete the reservation form.
  • After submission, please allow 24 to 72 hours to be contacted via phone.

2.3. Property Confirmation

The hotel or property name and address will be confirmed at the time of booking and sent via email.

2.4. Reservation Follow-Up

We will follow up 1-2 days before the penalty-free cancellation deadline and 1-2 days before check-in to confirm your reservation.

3. Vacation Package Details

3.1. Accommodations

  • This offer includes hotel or resort accommodations for up to four (4) guests sharing the same room.
  • The exact hotel or resort will be assigned at the time of booking based on availability.

3.2. Additional Fees

Resort Fees:

  • Domestic locations: Approximately $25 per night per room
  • International all-inclusive destinations: Approximately $45 per person per day (covers meals, entertainment, and taxes)

Deposit Requirements:

A refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking, which will be specified during the reservation process.

3.3. Availability & Peak Travel Dates

  • There are no blackout dates; however, accommodations are subject to availability.
  • Peak travel periods, including holidays, spring break, and major events (e.g., Christmas, Thanksgiving, Formula 1, Daytona 500), may require an additional surcharge.
  • Reservations may be made 30 to 60 days in advance (90+ days recommended for optimal availability).
  • Additional room nights, accommodation upgrades, and alternative accommodations may be available upon request.

3.4. Hotel Deposit Fees

  • Hotel deposit fees are determined by the property and typically range from $100 to $250 per stay.
  • These deposits are 100% refundable at check-out, with deductions for any charges made to the room.
  • Refund processing times vary depending on your bank or card provider.

4. Eligibility

  • This offer is available to married households, single individuals, cohabitating couples, and families traveling for leisure purposes.
  • The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present a valid U.S. ID and major credit card at check-in.
  • The first promotional stay can be requested within 24 hours of purchase and must be used within 18 months.
  • Subsequent stays may be requested 90 days after the first promotional stay.
  • A maximum of five (5) promotional stays may be used within any 5-year period.

5. Changes & Cancellations

5.1. Change & Cancellation Fees

  • Changes or cancellations made less than 15 days prior to arrival may incur a $75.00 change fee.
  • Changes or cancellations made within 8 days of arrival may incur fees ranging from $129.00 to $209.00 per night, depending on hotel selection.

5.2. Contact for Changes or Cancellations

The best way to request a change or cancellation is through the customer service number provided by your travel agent at the time of booking.

6. Transfer Policy

The vacation certificate is 100% transferable to another person under the following conditions:

  • The transferee must be at least 21 years old and present a valid U.S. ID and credit card at check-in.
  • The certificate can be transferred once for a $25 transfer fee and is non-refundable after 30 days from the purchase date.
  • The transferred certificate retains the original validity period from its activation date.
  • The new owner may extend the validity period by 12 months for a one-time fee of $99.

7. Complimentary Tickets

7.1. ICON Park Tickets (Orlando Packages Only)

  • Orlando vacation packages include four (4) complimentary ICON Park tickets.
  • Tickets are provided via e-ticket on the day of check-in.

7.2. Ticket Policy

  • Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash or another activity.
  • Lost or misplaced tickets will not be replaced.
  • If tickets are not received at check-in, please contact us immediately.
  • Tickets are valid for one (1) year from the check-in date.

8. Liability Disclaimer

  • GoVacationsUSA and its affiliates are not responsible for any incidental expenses, damages, cancellations due to force majeure, or personal loss during the vacation.
  • Customers acknowledge that hotel deposits, additional service fees, and surcharges are not included in the promotional package and must be covered separately.
  • Failure to comply with the terms outlined in this agreement may result in forfeiture of the vacation package.
